Kais Diagnostics is an in-house developed battery pack monitor and diagnostics software that supports all battery packs integrated with the Kais firmware framework.

OVERVIEW

The software provides an in-depth real-time overview of the battery pack status and individual battery cell status for quick troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. By means of a special adapter, field application engineers can monitor and track battery pack usage and performance in the field. Additionally, the BMS firmware upgrade and customizable parameters feature empowers our partners with total control of the battery pack. We are persistently investing and upgrading our Kais Diagnostics software, building better platforms, and incorporating more features to enhance the overall user experience.
